Farm Equipment Museum Self Guided Tour
Vintage Equipment on display and their history markers are up from mid-September thru
October unless the wind blows them away in-between. Pick up a guide booklet at the
cashier desk. Please return guide or purchase.
Barn Quilt Gallery
A display of wood painted quilt blocks that tell the history of the farm or the Tigges
family.
Rocking Horses and Tractors
This is the Tigges Farm "Amusing Park." There is a corral of rocking horses for the toddlers
to enjoy. They can also climb on the tractors and pretend to be big time farmers. The red
baron airplane offers hours of imaginary
flights across the USA and is located in the Red Baron Event Center.
Agriculture Tours
Tigges Farm participates in agriculture tours other organization, such as the ones the Greeley Chamber of
Commerce and the Windsor/Severance Historical Society host. Arrangements must be made in advance.

The Event Building that is available for Birthday Parties, Employee Appreciation
Days, Small Reunions on Thurs, Fri, Sat and Sun if not being used by farm
events and activities. Check availability by calling us at 970-686-7225 (during
open hours- do not leave a message) and ask for Kathy. Or text for

Pumpkin Patch is Open - Sept 26
(maybe & Oct 2, for sure) - Oct 31, 10 am - 6pm
We planted white, blue, pink, yellow and, of course, lots of orange pumpkins. We
hope the weeds don't get ahead of the pumpkins like last year. We never know
which will win the race to kiss the sunshine first. Once the pumpkins vine we can't
weed anymore because if you step on a vine you kill the pumpkins started on it.
Conestoga Wagon Ride - Every weekend in October, 1-4pm.

Hop on and take a tour of the farm on a Conestoga wagon pulled by Percherom
draft horses. Please tell the driver "thank you and tipping is encouraged."

Unicorn Visit - October 11-12 Only 1-4 pm.

community theater only) The unicorn is actually a Percheron draft horse, (in unicorn
costume, of course), that loves to be petted and have it picture taken with customers.

Two by Two Petting Zoo - Every weekend in October 10am - 5pm

Kids may enter the corral under the half circle building and pet the animals for as long as they
want. Parents and Grandparents will find cushions or straw bales on the outside to sit if it
takes a while to give the animal's some "kid tender lovin' care." Food trucks are close by so
grab a cool drink while waiting.

Celebrate fall with the Clearview Library District Bookmobile at the Tigges Farm Pumpkin Patch on Friday, October
18, from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm. The Bookmobile will be on-site with its mobile collection, offering visitors the
chance to browse materials, learn about library services, and participate in a fun craft for kids while enjoying the
pumpkin patch festivities. Library District staff look forward to connecting with the community during this special
